The manometer is a digital pressure gauge measuring air pressure and hardness within the air product. The manometer is attached to the grey non-return valve. It allows you to determine the perfect pressure to create the most optimal training situations.
The Manometer Set includes a case and a pressure table to use as a guideline.
Pressure settings will depend on the weight of the gymnast and thickness of the air product. Note that the table is a guideline only. The best method would be to measure and note the hardness when using the Airtrack and remember this pressure to use for other training sessions.
