Airgroup Industries – (Airgym) hereafter: “Airgroup” collects various (personal) data when using the website www.airgroup-industries.com complying with the General Data Protection Regulation. Airgroup handles the privacy of visitors to the website and the sale of products properly and carefully.
Our privacy statement describes the policy that Airgroup applies to the collection, processing, use, storage and protection of personal data (hereafter: “Privacy Statement”). It is possible that changes are made to this Privacy Statement. We therefore recommend that you consult the website regularly.

What are personal data?

Which personal data are processed and for what purpose?
Airgroup processes different types of (personal) data. If you purchase a product from us or fill out a contact form, we will process your (personal) data. Airgroup obtains your (personal) data, because you have disclosed it yourself or because we obtain it in the context of our third-party sales.
In all other cases we expressly request your consent for the processing of your (personal) data, such as for sending a newsletter if we have not concluded an agreement with you. If you have given permission for the processing of your personal data, you are always free to revoke this permission. Below we explain when personal data is processed and for which purpose.
Website visitors
In all cases, Airgroup only uses the (personal) data that the visitors of the websites themselves make available to Airgroup. Marketing
We collect from our customers contact details such as initials, first name / last name, address / postal code, place of residence, telephone number and e-mail address. We also collect the aforementioned information from our contact person at companies or organizations (business contact details).
Purpose process personal data

We will assess whether the opposition is justified within four weeks of receiving the objection. In that case, Airgroup will terminate the processing.
Correction, inspection, deletion, limitation and data portability
You also have the right to submit your personal data:
